Namun, banyak yang mengalami masalah tidak bisa launch gamenya karena tidak compatible dengan beberapa tipe processor. Nah, kini developer dari game Story of Seasons ini telah meng-update gamenya dengan menambahkan compatibility mode di dalamnya. Dengan compatibility mode ini, diharapkan tidak ada lagi yang mengalami masalah tidak bisa launch game. Story of Seasons Friends of Mineral Town New Update DLC adalah game remake dari Harvest Moon Back to Nature yang sudah sangat melegenda di konsol PS1.
